Refund and Returns Policy

At Marcus Mkhasibe, we are committed to delivering premium leather goods and fashion products of exceptional quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or sale items (unless they are defective)
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the product so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
3. If you still have not received your refund after completing the above steps, please contact us using the details below.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning the item.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of shipment, especially for high-value items. Marcus Mkhasibe cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
